Action Window Coverings, Inc. does not track specific users or which pages specific users view. We do have an access to a log which we can review to learn which pages are requested most often. We also have access to an error log which provides information we use to identify problems with links and pages. We do not do look up the domains associated with our website visitors. Most important, we do not gather or distribute any information about any of our site visitors.

Ordering Products and Services Online

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (for example, name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only, and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Action Window Coverings, Inc. takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
